Complimentary Consultation - We offer a complimentary, in depth consultation to each prospective homeowner. This begins with a basic outline to determine the direction needed to achieve the individual goals of each client.
House Plans - Alpan Developments, L.L.C. offers design assistance with house plans for every custom home. For the prospective homeowner who does not yet have completed plans, we are available from the start, creating individual drawings for you.
Estimate - We provide to you a detailed estimate to build, based upon your house plans and materials selected for the home. A budget is also given for individual categories, to ensure the estimate is met.
Contract - A contract is provided for each party to sign, to document the details of the Builder/Homeowner agreement.
Completion - Alpan Developments, L.L.C. manages the entire construction process and offers complimentary design services with every custom home.
Follow-Up - We take pride in our superior follow-up skills, timely punch out completion, and supreme customer service.
