Due to the great response we have gotten about our website from our newly moved in residents as well as families looking to possibly move in.... we decided to add a new feature to our site. This website has become a valuable tool not only to our residents, but to families wanting to learn more about our neighborhood while searching for a home in the area.

If you're looking to move into Richmond, we hope this page, as well as the rest of our site, is very helpful in answering any questions you have about why Richmond Place is one of the most desired neighborhoods in our area.

This page will serve as a place for current residents to list their homes and also as a great tool for people considering Richmond and curious as to what homes are available.

Each home listing will get their own webpage with as many pictures and as much information as needed.

Listings will run continuously until the house has been sold or until you choose to have us remove it from the site... (please let us know if your house sells so we can update/remove it from this page)

The cost of listing on this page will be a one-time fee of $50 with the part of the payment going to our web designer (for his work on each listing) and the HOA.
