President of Classic Properties, a prominent real estate
development firm in New Orleans, Louisiana. David has
over twenty-five years experience in more than a quarter
of a billion dollars in residential and commercial real
estate planning, development, construction and project
management, as well as, financial planning and asset
management, commercial leasing and property management.
He is also a Louisiana licensed real estate broker.
Key accomplishments include Partner and co-developer of English Turn, the prestigious 1000 acre multi-use community centered around a Jack Nicklaus designed championship golf course; developer of Timbers Office Park, a 300,000 square foot commercial development, and Holiday Center, an innovative concept for combining retail and office space, in New Orleans, Louisiana; The Estates of Northpark, a luxury 156 acre residential community in Covington, Louisiana; developer of Punta Gorda Harbor, a 30 acre multi-use waterfront community in southwest Florida.
In 2003, David added another premier community to his
list of accomplishments. The Highlands of Santa Maria,
the 60 acre crowning jewel of the Santa Maria Golf Community
located in Baton Rouge and recipient of the Good Growth
Award from the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition. Three years
later, David’s vision for his second upscale community
in this area was realized by maximizing the land value
of a declining golf course into what is now a thriving
community known as Green Trails at Shenandoah. His most
recent venture is the formation of a new brokerage firm,
Classic Properties Realty, to market homes and homesites
in the Baton Rouge area.
